Meet Jeff and Sarah, the dynamic duo behind Kindred Gastropub
With over 25 years in luxury hotels and restaurants, Jeff honed his craft in executive leadership roles, overseeing prestigious assets and food & beverage operations across Chicago and beyond. Most recently, he served as VP of Operations for a portfolio of properties across the U.S.
Sarah brings the human side of hospitality to Kindred. With more than a decade leading HR for hotels in Chicago, she’s dedicated to creating welcoming, inclusive spaces where both guests and staff feel valued.
When the opportunity arose to turn their shared passion for exceptional dining into reality, Jeff and Sarah dove headfirst into restaurant ownership. Fueled by their love for the local community and a desire to create a dining destination that reflects their values, they set out to bring their dream of a gastropub to life.
